About e-Invoicing
To support the growth of the digital economy, the Government intends to implement e-Invoicing in stages in an effort to improve the efficiency of tax administration management in Malaysia. This is in line with the 12th Malaysia Plan, where one of the main focuses is to strengthen digital service infrastructure and digitize tax administration.

How Sage 300 help with the implementation?
Sage 300 has developed integration with LHDN’s portal using SDK to provide real-time submission of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, refunds that are issued, and keep track of notifications regarding the validation/rejection of the documents.
Technology from Sage 300 is provided by SESAMi – PEPPOL as access point services to Sage to facilitate document transmission via PEPPOL network through API with end connectivity to LHDN Malaysia.
The integration module available on August 2024, and available on Web screen by April 2025. This module only available on Sage 300 v2024 PU2 or higher. Be sure to contact us at alex@myinfusion.com for an upgrade.
